THE RED SEA PROJECT
The project will be financed by the Kingdom’s Public Investment Fund (PIF). The project is part of a strategy to reduce the Saudi economy’s dependence on oil revenues, and aims to promote international tourism which the project will be a leading coastal destination, located on a number of virgin islands in the Red Sea.
The project calls for the construction of a mega resort located between the cities of Umluj and Wajh, Tabuk Province. The project will cover 50 islands and 34,000 square kilometers. The first phase will include hotels and luxury residential units, as well as all logistical infrastructures and sea transport hubs.

AMAALA PROJECT
Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) has been mandated by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia to develop an immersive 7-star luxury hospitality experience on the Red Sea: The Amaala Project. The Project is comprised of a private Island and two coastal beach destinations of extraordinary natural beauty. Set to attract some of the world’s leading names to the world-class hotel and tourism operations of luxury travel, this phase is focused on developing the assets per site in line with their respective positioning.

QIDDIYA PROJECT
Qiddiya will be the capital of Entertainment, Sports and the Arts in Saudi Arabia, an integrated destination offering immersive experiences and memorable moments of delight.
Qiddiya is being built around five cornerstones: Parks & Attractions, Sports & Wellness, Motion & Mobility, Arts & Culture and Nature & Environment. Our cornerstones are supported by our Real Estate & Community Services unit, which will create a thriving community with 5,000 residences.

KING SALMAN PARK PROJECT
King Salman Park project is one of Riyadh’s four grand projects launched by The Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz. The project will contribute to fulfilling one of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals, which is to improve Riyadh’s ranking within the top 100 cities in the world.
King Salman Park will be the largest urban park in the world expanding across more than 16 square kilometers. The park will be an environmental, sports, cultural and entertainment project. Moreover, it will significantly contribute in changing and improving the lifestyle of all Riyadh residents, and will include various buildings and facilities such as the Royal Art Complex, a National Theater, Art Academies, as well as Museums and Galleries.

DIRIYAH GATE PROJECT
Located in the heart of Ad Diriyah, the Amedeo Schiattarella-designed Oasis will be part of the 10,000-square meter Al-Bujairi heritage district and will include six art studios, workshops, youth entertainment facilities and a library, as well as workshops and lecture theaters. Together these facilities will form an integrated creative environment for research, development and production for modern digital artists.
The development project to bring together the natural environment and the Najdi architectural identity with a modern style. The different elements are drawn together for maximum impact and highlights the culture of Najdi architectural design, embracing the historical heritage of the capital of the first Saudi state.

KING ABDULLAH AIRPORT PROJECT
The new Jizan Airport will overlook the Red Sea about 700km south of Jeddah. The project distributes the terminal’s principal functions on two main levels, arrivals on the ground floor and departures on the first floor. There will also be a mezzanine level dedicated to passenger arrivals by contract, stand type aircrafts, for a total floor area of approximately 55.000m2.
A central body executed in reinforced concrete vaults characterizes the terminal architecture; it acts as a connective device between the two lobbies, the express check-in / departure on landside and boarding on the opposite side.

THE SECURITY FORCES MEDICAL CENTER PROJECT RIYADH
The Security Force Medical Center (SFMC) Project, the largest medical investment in the GCC area, costing $7 billion. This initiative is aimed at providing state-of-the-art healthcare services to four million Saudis representing the MOI’s employees and their families. The medical city will cover a total area of 2.5 million square meters, consisting of: Hospital advanced medical facilities, An utility area for technical maintenance, A central main Mosque, A residential area with villas, single and family apartments, a recreational sporting and commercial buildings too, 4 Helipads, Separate staff and visitor parking areas, Allied Health/Nursing school.

RIYADH METRO PROJECT
The Riyadh metro is a rapid transit system under construction in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It will be the backbone of the city's public transport system with an 85-Kilometer (53 mi) three-line bus rapid transit (BRT) network. Green Concrete Company has signed Line 3 (Orange Line) which runs in the East West direction along Al – Madinah Al Munawwarah and Prince Saad Bin Abdulrahman Al Awal Roads, starting at the west near Jeddah Expressway and ending at the east near the National Guard Camp of Khashm El Aan. The length of the Metro is approximately 40.7 km (25.3 mi) and it features 20 stations, in addition to 2 transfer stations with Lines 1 and 6.

KING ABDULLAH INTERNATIONAL GARDENS PROJECT
Located in a desert land west of Riyadh, along the Jeddah Highway, the King Abdullah International Gardens project is located on an area of 2.2 million square meters, combining multiple models of ancient and modern international parks, and different climatic environments, as well as the historical environment of the region and how it evolved chronologically from The way to integrate history with nature

YANBU POWER AND DESALINATION PLANT PROJECT
Green Concrete Company has been awarded the concrete supply for the Yanbu Power and Desalination Plant Phase 3. This project includes a power plant with a net power output of 2708,5 MW, and a steam exporting capacity to generate 550,000 m3/day of desalinated water.
